::poor customer service , they did not value me as customer, they refused to offer refund to faulty items (beauty items) causing me allergic reaction. beauty companies were more proactive than Debenhams in revolving my issues. I have attached picture of what their products did to my face and they disputed I had reaction , their beauty products ruined my face. I had better customer service at boots and also from the manufacturer of the products .

::Very unhappy with the service provided. We visited the Aberdeen store and was served by Peace at the till. Staff attitude was appolling. All duvets had 20% the marked price. We got a cashier named Peace who didnt seem interested at all. I questioned the price as she tried to claim it would be the original price and wasnt happy to budge or give discount as marked on the shelf. She asked to see the discount so we had to lead your own staff to the area in which the product was sold. She didnt have a clue. All the way back to the til, she had a face on her and stroped about. Getting back to the til, she muttered to another colleague who was using the til and had voided her transaction. She then started to slag this person off to another colleague at the other side. We went to pay, and she didnt understand how to use the debenhams gift cards and took her 5/6 attempts. This took even longer. Then the e-receipt carry on. It took me about 10 attempts to spell my name to her before she understood. The process of buying one item (ducet cover) took approx 15 minutes instead of 2 minutes. We left the store in disbelief and unwilling to return to that department. As said before, your staff need better attitude and to take care of their customers and not have them walking about the store aimlessly looking for where i picked up an item. And if she didnt know, most items in that level of the store was 20% off.

::Staff are always helpful, returns have never been an issue and i once got a £155 for £5 because of a till error and the girls supervisor being off for lunch :)

::Shop here frequently and never had any problems with the staff. Always use the restaurant but it needs reconfigured. Perhaps a separate coffee shop would be the answer as there is nothing worse than waiting with hot food while cappuccinos and lattes are being prepared. The staff try their best especially Susan who is always very helpful.
