  Multi level shop in the Westfield shopping centre in shepherd's Bush, you can find mostly anything from very different styles and fashion designers. Lots of clothing for young and old, small or big... There is also some furniture and home appliances and also luggage offers

  Reasonable prices, great when there's a sale on, garments look smart/casual and everything seems machine washable yet still low prices.   Don't buy anything from any Debenhams store. Even if the trousers you buy split up the crotch(!) the first time you wear them, they won't replace them. Not great business sense as I will never buy anything from there again and will discourage anyone else from doing so. Oh, and a rude stonewalling manager who shouldn't be allowed to deal with customers. Go to M&S - better shop and they won't quibble about taking things back.

  Nice place if you want everything under one roof but not enough tills on the go or staff to help when very busy. Other then that nice stuff.

  When shopping in urban decay, Debenhams in Westfields Shepards Bush, there was a specific member of staff who had no customer service skills, were very rude when I was trying to buy a product. This is the first time I have experienced this and I believe the young Asian boy who served me should learn some people skills and was rolling his eyes every time I was asking a question and seemed as though he couldn't be bothered to do his job. I was very disappointed in the way he acted when serving me.
