  Was looking to buy myself a bike. I went to some other specialised shops beforehand believing I would get a more tailored service but they completely failed to do so. The guy in decathlon sorted me out with all the questions about the bikes and calibrated the bike I bought so I could ride back home safely. Very good customer service and very friendly staff.

  The people at decathlon are very kind and welcoming it's just a concern that they don't let u18s go into the shop

  This shop is probably the most organised sports shop I know clean and tidy with plenty of various sports performance equipment

  Bought a mountain bike with my son today and accessories, lights helmet, pump. I would recommend this place very helpful friendly the man in the bike bit gave us loads of advice and made sure all the parts on the bike were fitted properly and safe and that my son left with reflectors helmet. Everything you need for a bike in one place good prices and we can go back get a full service on the bike for free. Excellent thank you for all your help Michelle & Liam
