  Do not use this dry cleaner!!!! They clearly washed my dry clean only, silk, track pants from Chloë in the washing machine! All the colours ran and they are only fit for the bin. I was told it was the retailers fault. When I explained it was a breach of my consumer rights they said they “can’t just give money out” by way of compensation. I wrote them a letter, they have not responded. I cannot believe how dishonest people are, I cannot believe that they state they are a deluxe dry cleaners yet they chuck Chloë garments in the machine, thinking we won’t notice. I am depressed by them and all others like them, when did people start lying and abusing each other with such ease? Why is it ok to ruin people’s things and blame them, lie to them? No one is accountable. I’m so busy but I really must consult citizens advice, they cannot go on believing they can con people in my home, Earls Court.

  Afleverede en IKEA pose fuld af tøj til Wash and fold, de tog 50 pund og alt var ødelagt og stadig beskidt. Ting var krympet og de tilbød ingen kompensation. Aldrig brug det sted !!!!!

  The worst ever experienced! They destroyed an expensive trench coat for me by removing leather belts and when they could not find them they accused me of having them removed before! It took them 4,5 months (!!!) to replace the leather band and buckles with new ones. And when ready, they could not guarantee that the leather will hold in rain/when wet. They were really rude! And I got really upset by them calling me a liar. I will never go back to this place! Never..

  recently been to this shop for a key cut. efficient staff. excellent service. served with smile.

  Best service I have received so far from different dry cleaners. highly recommended.
