Worst dentists ever. Took 3 months to get a first appointment, finally got seen to and recommended a band 3 treatment. Then just 1 week later they sent out threatening letters telling me "if you don't book my follow up appointments within 7 days they will presume you don't want any further appointments and cancel my registration". What kind of appalling customer service is that? Surely the patient should get to decide if they want to go through with it or not, and have control over when this happens. Especially considering this was for a very expensive (band 3) procedure. This is just a blatant attempt to panic people into booking ASAP, which requires full payment in advance. The reason I hadn't booked it yet is because I don't have £244.30 spare at the moment! It also says at the bottom of the letter in a pretty passive aggressive way "what may be a small problem now WILL BE A BIG PROBLEM later." Reception staff are rude and unprofessional, just sit chatting constantly and seem to hate customers. Doctors suggest treatment plans that requires further treatment plans to be made after the course is complete. Its just a blatant money making scheme. If you plan to charge that much you could at least fix the problem! Would rate 0 or less if possible. Cannot recommend these cowboys for anything, unless you want to go private. Even then I'd probably go private at a much nicer clinic.

Very happy with current dentist. Thorough, prompt and helpful. I first saw Mr Deu and was highly impressed so I was a bit upset when we were moved to another dentist in the practice and no explanation was given for this. However we've had no problems with our new one. Thanks

I must have had a trainee when I saw the hygienist as I was nearly choking on water for the whole procedure.. Paid £40 for the pleasure.. After paying £6 in South Korea 6 months earlier for a similar procedure with a much better service without even being able to speak English fluently, lol.. South Korea is a bit far for a dentist appointment though...

You need to know your NHS number apparently before you can join. Yet how am I supposed to know that? it should be on my medical records - which they should be able to pull up somehow. No other dentist ever expected me to have it. Sounds to me just a difficult dentist if I'm honest. Won't be joining.

I found the receptionist staff immature and acted as gate keepers to the Practice Manager. The Practice Manager was was not available at any time during the day, when asking to speak with her, over a period of 2 weeks. The receptionist staff would not give out her email address and said she could not be contacted by telephone directly, they could only pass on messages and appointment could not be made with her. I was told she was very busy, they did not hold a diary for her and that she also had another job (second job) in court. Very poor communication. Medical notes have been edited replaced, on two occasions in the same day when I distinctly asked by email for no changes, amendments or tampering with my medical notes. Extremely untrustworthy, as when I received by notes they had been changed, edited replaced on the day I asked the information to remain on my notes. I would be happy to discuss my issues concerns with Mr Deu as there are other extremely concerning issues regarding this review which I can not disclose for fear of reprisal and that you are in receipt of my address and personal details. Thank you, I just want truth and justice and to stop others having to experience what I have gone through with this dental practice. I can not print everything that happened as I am fearful, threatened and intimidated as to what action the practice will threaten me with, as they already have by email.(If you continue to make contact I will not hesitate to prosecute you to the authorities of the highest land) I am a law abiding citizen retired teacher, and many of my associates are Doctors and Dentist, I have never before come across this hostile type of behavior in an adult professional setting. I feel I have had to be very brave to post this, but I have to warn others to stay away, don't put yourself at risk.
