  With this being my first property as a young professional, I was not impressed with the customer service I recieved from Due Estates. It started off promising with a lovely agent showing me round, however the problems I dealt with while living in the property were awful. I firstly encountered mold growing on my clothes because of the damp environment (basement flats are damp, but not to this extent- even with the use of de-humidifyers). It took several months of convincing and many thrown out items to prove they needed a ventilation system in place. Our worst encounter was the severe flooding because a pump I didn't realise was there, had failed to work. This meant living on drenched/smelling carpets for four days in my living room and bedroom without any real consideration for the damage to my personal items or standard of living. Even their own hired workers who were eventually sent to remove all of our carpets so the concrete could dry were astounded were disgusted with what we were living in. There kept of changing their minds with how to approach the situation where as all I wanted was an urgent approach because I really did not want to live there anymore. They refused to give us compensation, despite having lost more items in the flood. The only thing I was given were replacement towels (which I asked for) because their worker had to use mine to partly dry the concrete floor. All in all, I generally would not recommend their agency. Problems were dealt with eventually but only because I enforced it, there definitly wasn't any emotional concern or sense or ergency to help with our problems.

  Awful experience. Completely unprofessional, signed contract months ago and still not recieved copy of contract when I have consistently sent emails requesting a copy. Properties are nothing like those cherry picked ideal photos seen on the website. Prioritise money and landlord security whilst neglecting the tenants. Would not recommend.

  They found me a really nice flat, although electric meter requires pound coins to be inserted and they do not manage, it is left to a landlord Mr Hanif the property the place is really nice.

  Had a great experience and managed to find a property we loved!! The woman who took us round also suggested other properties she thought would suit us and the first one she recommended we fell in love with and didn't need to see any other properties after that. Would recommend :)
