  I was looking for a flat to rent and Mathilda showed me a couple of good ones in Kensington. The properties we saw were relevant to my search criteria and Mathilda was very helpful with information and very nice to work with overall. I ended up going with a property in a different location but if you are looking for one in Kensington I would highly recommend.

  Having recently been looking for a studio flat to rent over the remainder of my time on my degree course, Mathilda was incredibly helpful and friendly. Thanks to Mathilda and the other members of the team, including Elliot and Alex, I have found an ideal place that suited my needs all very quickly. Mathilda was always really easy to get in contact with whenever I had a query about the flat. Likewise, I found the rest of the team in the office very helpful and ready to answer even the smallest of questions I had about any of the arrangements for the final agreement. A very friendly and efficient process that I would highly recommend.

  I have nothing but great things to say about Elliott Dumay of the Kensington High Street office. He helped with re-letting a flat we were vacating prior to official lease end, attending to all of the details to get this accomplished, including interfacing with the landlord to secure approval and then finding a new tenant in less than 2 weeks. All of this between him in London and me in the US. Elliott is thoroughly professional and, most importantly, does what he promises when he promises. Very proactive. Never had to chase him down for anything...becoming more and more unusual, unfortunately, these days!

  Elliott and Alex were both super helpful in helping us find our new home! Elliott showed us the place and negotiated pricing with landlord, and Alex was a star with follow up, paperwork and assisting us to resolve repair issues once we were moved into the flat. Alex was always available to answer questions, the whole process was made straightforward, quick response time to questions. Great service, would definitely recommend for your next home search!
