::Poor customer service. When speaking to the manager about our issues in store he was dismissive, rude and unhelpful. The sofa is fine but given the customer experience, it will be the last purchase I make with dfs.

::Very happy with the sofa we bought from here, the staff were friendly and it was good to get to try out the sofas. I found the process of buying the sofa took too long because of the cross-selling they try to do. I don't blame the staff though, it's clearly the company that makes them try to flog every possible extra they can.
