  OMG this place is awful. Arrived on the 15th April and left 15th April. How this place as got 3 stars in will never understand. As soon as we walked in he wanted £9.00 for parking. Then he took us to the room. The wallpaper was damp and hanging off the walls. Curtains were mouldy carpet absolutely disgusting and the valances and mattress protector were filthy. When I pointed all this out all he said was it's because it's old. Just cos it's old does not mean it has to be dirty. And to top it all he wouldn't give me my money back. Not even my £9.00 for parking.

  I got a room in february 2018, and paid for a permit to the lady who was in charge in the hotel . I got a fine anyway even though I paid for the parking and left the car exactly where the same lady to who I paid told me to! I just wanted to warn the clients of Diamond Villa that the parking at the hotel is not reliable.

  Lugar acogedor y personal con buena predisposición. Cercano al centro y centros comerciales. Servicio de tv con cable y WiFi. En lo que es la relación precio-calidad es muy superior a otros.

  Close to the city centre. Clean and comfy. No cooked breakfast but a very good variety of cereals, toast, crumpets, pastrys, fruit and yogurt. Staff friendly. Very good value for money.

  A clean room but certain things were not made clear within the booking details. Firstly, breakfast is included, however I, like many other guests it seems, expected a full English breakfast within the price. I was disappointed with the continental breakfast, given that the price of the stay for two nights is steep compared to other B&Bs which offer full English AND a continental breakfast with their stay, at a much lower price. I was also shocked to see that breakfast was a "help yourself" arrangement and there was no fresh coffee available. Furthermore, breakfast time is restricted to 15 minutes ONLY (8:30-8:45am). My friends and I came down to the breakfast room today and we were there on time but there were no seats left for us so we had to wait until some guests had finished eating, which then gave us less time to collect and eat our breakfast. I was also shocked to hear one of the owners say "there are two minutes left" after we had collected our breakfast! Very unprofessional. Finally, very surprised by the rules of the house, that there is strictly no alcohol allowed on the premises. It also states on the booking that free WiFi is available to the guests - this is not obvious or accessible within the house. Although the guest house is within close reach of the town centre, unfortunately, I do not think my friends and I will be staying here again.
