  Disgraceful customer service, have not followed through on their own policy and essentially condradicted their own refund policy, avoid if possible.

  What a joke U were tonight at York Hall! Queuing for more than 2 hours with a ticket and then when finally at the doors of the venue you say you've more than tripple oversold?! Worst organisation ever!

  This is our first time using DICE. We booked our Mac Demarco tickets in October 2016 which is more than half a year in advance. We still have not received any e-tickets or paper tickets. The customer service said they posted on 15th of May from east London to North London, however we still had not received tickets by 24th of May.We fully understand the way agencies works. The customer services email responses were unhelpful. Do not recommend!

  At last, a place to buy gig tickets without that annoying fee being added. I love these guys (and gals).
