  I've visited Lily on and off for almost 10 years and I can honestly say that she's the only person that can really get to the heart of any injury I've had. She seems to somehow intuitively know where the pain originates and how to ease the tension. This is no standard massage but I can honestly say that every time I've walked away I've felt a little more healed and I've always felt much better. Lily is SUPER knowledgeable about her craft and although the 50 mins I spend with her isn't always the most relaxing (I don't want relaxing by the way, I want healing), I've always felt like it was what my body needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lily. She's a real gem and a bit of a miracle worker in my opinion! Oh, I forgot to mention that's she's also really nice and easy to get on with. I felt comfortable with her from my very first session. I'd give her 20 out of 10.

  I have had a back problem for some time and decided to get some treatment, I'm really glad I did my back has been completely sorted after 5 treatments. I now sleep through the night without pain! Thank you so much for your help.

  Lily is highly skilled, makes you feel relaxed, and finds the problem areas well.. I had problems with my shoulders, hip, leg and foot :/.. I tried a chiropractor before I found Lily as I thought my back was the problem.. but I wasn't happy with the results.. Anyhow, after being given a stretching routine and a few sessions with Lily the issues have pretty much disappeared.. Highly recommend!

  Lily has a friendly and welcoming manner and has made me feel at ease during all of my visits. She has helped relieve tension in my shoulders and neck following years of suffering due to posture. Highly recommended.

  I would really recommend Lily-Li at Direct D-Stress. I came to her with a painful and long-standing shoulder injury and she helped me hugely through massage and a programme of physio exercises. I came to see her about 1/2 a dozens times and she was always welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease. This isn't a "relaxing massage", this is a treatment that will really get to the origin of your issue and help you!
