  The store was difficult to find and the signage was limited to a small reference to "Doddle" at the bullring info desk. I got my parcel with no issues but when I asked to take a photo of the sign for my review so people can easily recognise it I was denied for no reason.

  Totally rubbish, they lost my item (a big worthy one), and they have cut any communication with me when I asked for a refund. Customer service rude and incompetent. Stay far away from this service. I'd give a rate that is less than 0 but that's not possible.

  Absolute disgrace of a company, The New street station branch was closed and there was no communication from any one from head office. had hundreds of £s of parcels go missing which couldn't be tracked. headoffice gave me grief when trying to reclaim money spent! and Yes if you were thinking about using them. Don't BOTHER!

  I really loved this doodle location. the customer service was brilliant and Kat is not rude at all :) i got my parcel earlier than i expected, would definitely recommend this location if you want to lose chromosomes.

  It's the Bullring info desk on the top floor. Not easy to find if you are looking for a Doddle shop front as there's very limited signage. I was actually queueing to ask where Doddle was when I noticed a tiny sign. Once located parcel was collected without further hassle.
