  Been ordering from here for 14 years but the man who answers the phone now is horribly rude and arrogant. Told me that the payment had declined because I had no money in my account! In fact he had just entered the number in wrong.

  The delivery driver took the pizza back to the shop after getting lost without any attempt to contact us, so by the time they sent it out again after calling them up about it, the pizza was cold. Very disappointing!
