  The wait time is unbelievable, ordered in advance for collection and still had to wait for ages. On top of that the place stinks really bad. Wouldn't recommend.

  Very helpful staff. No long wait for our food. Parking a bit of an issue. Great well cooked pizzas.

  Rude Staff & not trained properly. I had really bad experience placing my order for collection & it was wrong order prepared in the end..! Staff wasn't apologetic at all & I had to wait 25 mins while they prepare my order.

  Pizza's are good and the service too the only complaint is that they say they can't deliver to my address less then 3 miles away but Manchester town centre do deliver just don't understand why this is but it is a quality product and never had a bad pizza from them

  Order a pizza online Phoned up the store as on the app it said the pizza had been delivered. Was fobbed off when calling up that the pizza is out for delivery for 20 minutes. Finally spoke to the "manager" who was very abusive down the phone, he was adamant that the delivery driver claimed to have tried to deliver the pizza but "kids came to the door and said they didn't order one" Funny thing is there is no kids at my house????? Yet he was still confrontational and wouldn't admit liability. I had to go in to the store to pick up my cold food which they wouldn't remake or refund. Very unprofessional manager from such a highly regarded business. Wouldn't waste your time. Many other quality fast food stores in the area. Will definitely not be ordering from here again
