  wish i could rate it lower tbh, i like my pizza, but if i don't hear a knock on my door there's no way i can receive it :/

  Nothing really wrong with the food, but the customer service is terrible! When you call up they are so rude.

  Burnt pizza served cold. Customer service is terrible. When I complained, I was accused of lying and refused a refund or gesture of goodwill. The delivery driver couldn’t even find my University so I had to walk to the city centre to get my order. It was an absolute joke. Never ever ordering from there again.

  My favourite pizza place! Edit: I have absolutely no recollection of writing this review? It isn't my favourite at all - it's alright & obviously very expensive. And I'm concerned about how this review appeared here under my name (perhaps a prompt I automatically clicked?).
