  If I could give them 0 stars I would. One time, the app said delivered. Still had to wait more than 20 min after that with no food. Called them, said "it's on its way". Waiting for ages. Another time, pizza was cold, they are never delivering because they can't be bothered, or it's cold outside idk. AVOID.

  This branch needs to be shut down. Ordered 7.45pm. Food never came. Staff never picked up phone, rang endlessly. We walk to collect meal from store. Sign posted up that says, “We are closed early because of shortage of drivers and if you want your refunds or complain then please call tomorrow between 10am and 11pm thanks sorry for inconvenience”. Staff were inside ignoring us and crowd of people who also ordered and never received pizza. No acknowledgement. Friend who ordered using his card called next day and received some trouble from staff on getting his refund. He ended up getting money back in the end, but without a sincere apology. Corporate really needs to do something about this branch.

  Ordered a Pizza today at 9.45. Call at around 10.40 to ask why the pizza had been in "quality control" for the past half an hour. Assured someone would be delivering it within the next 5 minutes. Called back 15 minutes later and told they had no drivers and the money would be refunded to us. Surely they could know an hour and a half earlier that there would be no drivers and ask us to pick up the order instead?! Also the first guy we spoke with on the phone was really rude.

  Ordered a pizza, waited for 2 hours until I tried to call them. Tried about 20 times to no avail. Decide to go there to see what's going on with my order. No one at the counter, phone constantly ringing without anyone giving a toss, most employees were simply chatting in an other room. I yell to get the manager and complain to him, I tell him to send my order again which he said he would. I'm still waiting for it. Don't go there, this is one of the most incompetent careless bunch I have ever encountered.
