  Straight up the worst experience I've ever had ordering food, the delivery person had called once, and left immediately after I couldn't pick it up. I took the fault for that, even though the delivery guy didn't even go to the right address, I was told that the person would head out to mine again, the tracker was not updated and the store actually refused to pick up my calls, I waited for a total of 2 hours. called well over 10 times got no pizza and lost money that I worked hard for. It sucks that google doesn't provide a 0/5 because you deserve it.

  I ordered a pizza and it's been over an hour and it still hasn't turned up. The staff are placing me on hold and rejecting my calls. Absolute daylight robbery- this will be taken further and I demand a refund.

  Absolute shambles. Ordered a pizza for collection, was told by the online service that it was ready, arrived and was repeatedly told it was a few minutes from ready before they realised the pizza had never been made in the first place. Ridiculous

  Least reliable pizza place in all of Cardiff. Most expensive as well. Ordered pizza and was charged for it and it never came. Must have called about a hundred times with no answer. Go to Pizza Time it's much better.

  Absolutely awful branch, delivery was ordered at 1am its now close to 5am and hasn't arrived. I've been trying to ring them for nearly 3 hours and haven't been able to get intouch with them, it either rings off or just goes straight to an automated message saying no-one is available. I've never had issues with any of the other branches in Cardiff, but this one is complete trash, I will never be ordering from them again.
