  The employee just hung up the phone on my face when I just trying to update the phone number for the delivery, he was very rude just said on my face we're closing and hung up the phone

  Since moving from London, we have been ordering food from here regularly with no issues at all. They would deliver the food to me and everything was fine. I live in a premium city centre apartment with concierge. One day the delivery man refused to come up to my apartment to deliver the food, was extremely rude on the phone. I called the shop and Vishal Sharma (apparently his name) shouted as if I committed a crime. Refused to refund the money. The driver took the food back with him. Horrible experience! Will take up the refund with the Domino's customer service. Ended up ordering through just eat instead.

  Delivery driver phoned when outside and still when I was at my door step gestured like he wanted me to go and collect pizza from kerb! Corn on pizza old and stale bullet like considering not been open over the festive period was not fresh

  They hang up. You're willing to pay money for the food and they just hang up saying call us later. Called them later and I was ignored. Just have more delivery drivers if you struggle - if I pay £20 for the pizza I'd like it delivered in less than 2 hours... never gonna order again.

  They can't even deliver pizza for you as they're too busy. You pay for the pizza and then you get your order in two hours well done. Absolutely useless.
