  I can only comment on the Service Department......but they are so good I'm only going to buy Mazdas ever again......and I've spent a fair amount of time there......due to a non Mazda cock up......but they're all so lovely I want a job there.....

  Service centre has improved but you have to judge it on the price since it's a dealership. The Mazda car servicing isn't cheap so you expect a high service which has improved yet they still manage to scratch your car. My friend also had the car cleaned after servicing in the past but the finish was worse like done with a rough towel. Usually have to book ahead but the staff were really good with picking up my car. Salesman here are fairly good, not to pushy. Ready range available isn't very large but it's a smaller location.

  Disgraceful customer service experience today. Have spent weeks researching cars and negotiating deals. Plumped for all new cx5. Took a test drive. Agreed car spec and price. Agreed value of my trade in car. Settled on 50% down payment with balance on 0% Apr for 36 months. Finance approved. Even picked out my reg number. Shook hands on desk. Really happy. All of a sudden salesman gets a call from manager saying Mazda ended the finance deal 4 days ago. Apr would have to be 5.9%. Utter disgrace after having agreed the deal. Walked out and will never come back.

  Nice friendly staff. Ryan was particularly helpful. Good info and sales staff not pushy. Small but nice show room. Slightly difficult to find if you don't know Peterborough
