  Trying to ring them all morning just to go there and find the phone off the hook and just sitting on the side (i got photos to prove this) dispite me telling them and showing them 200 call log for today alone they said its due to the call que system. So i showed them the photo. Rude reception staff. Will be taking this to a board of directors as this is a joke of a surgery and a shame for the NHS. Not hqppy at all

  I have had a texted asking me to see a doctor but can not ever get a appointment. It is a joke

  Absolute joke of a surgery. 153 times I rang this morning from 8am, finally got through and no morning appointments left despite me telling them I’d been to a&e yesterday and was told to make appointment for this morning.
