  Good location, heating did not work in Restaurant. Freezing outside as well as snowing. Not good enough. Hotel very dated but ok.

  Basic hotel. Bar expensive but good breakfast. Toilets not very clean

  Room was clean, and comfortable. Ideal for a couple of nights away for work. Wi-Fi was good. Food in the restaurant was good, nice choice, excellent value for money.

  Father stayed at the hotel for a regimental reunion over the nights of 9/10th March 2018. this was the 3rd year of his doing so but has said never again he would rather miss the reunion than stay there again. After a renovation the showers were useless no pressure, the buffet breakfast could not keep up with demand and he was down early for breakfast, they changed the beer to brands he had not heard of and the only beer on tap was wolf rock a so called IPA although they had 2 Guinness pumps neither worked so they sold cans of Guinness which they run out of half way through Saturday night. Half way through the weekend the prices went up on the beer he was drinking Doom bar and that went from £4 a bottle to £4.50p a bottle, he looked at the food on offer but seeing a fish finger sandwich for over £6 he did not look further. He has said he was seriously disappointed with the hotel this year and will not be going back.

  Friendly staff looked after our group very well. 🤓 breakfast good. 🤓 but as nearly always in the uk. The toilets where not very clean. The room was OK just the cleanliness could be better. The stay was good the staff 👋 good and helpful.
