  Visited Druckers, Great Western Arcade, Birmingham this week for afternoon tea. Used a Groupon offer but even at full price the tea was very well presented, deliciously tasty and great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. If anything could be improved it would be the decor of the upstairs room, Which is a bit tired.

  Sadly the seating areas are a little dreary and justice to the good quality and large variety of cakes and pastries available. There are a few small tables in the window area downstairs and a larger space up a long flight of stairs. Fortunately staff will carry your drinks and food upstairs. I love a toasted teacake or slice of gateaux with a coffee. Druckers also make large celebration cakes which can be ordered in store or online.

  Decent place however quite pricey and not a huge selection, food and cakes are ok, service was good however.
