  DW. Has a pool and aqua exercise classes as well as two studios and a large well equipped gym with classes too. You can just swim even when classes are on and use the equipment in the gym too. There are trainers available too.

  Signed up for a year at £32 pm. Good gym with plenty of space and good swimming pool usually not so crowded. Very cool temperature in the gym which personally don't find good and locker room not too clean

  Great community spirit in this gym. Staff are friendly and professional they are very helpful if you want advice and very approachable. Lots of regular customers. Plenty choice of weights machines and extensive free weights area. Lots of cross trainers and bikes including recumbent bikes. some even have tvs attached. There are also punch bags and a mat area for people to do sit ups and yoga. The pool are is beautiful. With the most luxurious steam room complete with funky flickering lights on the ceiling like stars when they are working. The pool is of an even depth. Everything is kept very clean. I've been a regular for years and the only time i regretted it was when i went to another gym for a year.

  It's too boring. I'm sure it could be good if they had a good choice of different types of classes, for those of us who like the group exercise classes. All the things I liked going to got scrapped. There used to be some dancing classes like Clubbercise, zumba, and a few others, but they're all gone. They say it's because of low numbers, but these classes would be in at times when people are at work. We are not all ladies of leisure!! Body Pump is OK, but when there's a class with a large number of people, there's too much tidying st the end of the class, people just getting in each other's way. Sorry, but I find d the while thing too boring, Body Attack one of the most boring, dull, dreary things i have ever experienced., and its the same old thing, over and over again, its horrible, and the instructors not very helpful. I'm not a member any more, but I never used to find them helpful. A couple were quite rude to be honest. Oh, and I used to get verbally abused by the woman in the café there, and I had to write to complain about her!! She's no longer there!!
