  Honest, friendly and really good at what they do. We purchased a Volvo from them about 8 months ago and they sorted out any issues under warranty no questions asked. Since then they have always been great to deal with. Alexis and Angie. Sandsend.

  Had my V50 serviced today for the first time by Dyrdals - the car was waiting ready for me to pick up at the time I requested and at a cost that was very competitive. Great customer care and nice to be able to speak to staff who knew what had been done on the car rather than just be given the keys by a receptionist.

  All I can say is exceptional customer service from start to finish. We made a 180 mile round trip to have our Volvo XC70 inspected and repaired as more local independents showed little or no interest. A loan car was made available for the duration and the overall pricing was competitive too. Absolutely excellent first class quality garage that comes highly recommended and without doubt be confident to use again in the future!

  I bought an XC70 from Dyrdals a few weeks ago. The car was well presented and genuine, it was priced competitively and the sales service was excellent. I wasn't pressured in any way and the car was ready exactly as agreed. A local business that are well worth supporting if you're looking for a used Volvo. Highly recommended.
