::Lots of equipment and weights, as well as lots of cardio equipment- you can’t go wrong. The staff are friendly, and you can find an excellent Pt there. Shame I don’t really like orange. The toilets often have maintenance work on them which is the only downside.

::Fairly busy in the week but it's big enough to cope with that. Great selection of free weights and plenty of benches which is a plus. Never had to wait for any of the equipment even on the busy days.

::For the price you pay, you can't go too wrong with this gym. There is so much equipment that you rarely have an issue using whatever you want to (unless perhaps you go after 5pm during peak hours, I actively avoid that). I tried Pure Gym on Broad Street and it pales in comparison to easyGym. The main downside is that the showers are regularly out of bounds and each time they'll email to assure us that this time will be the last time. One time they emailed everyone with a code so that friends could join with no joining fee as a way to make up for the lack of showers... How does that help me? This year, the showers were out of action for three weeks and despite contacting the area manager for updates and compensation they're happy to continue taking your money even though you can't use the gym because they aren't providing adequate facilities. The other main downside is that the classes are done in the middle of the gym and, while this isn't usually a problem, one of instructors always cranks the music up full blast and will constantly shout into the PA system and sing along. Even if you've got headphones on, you don't stand a chance; it's so loud that you can still hear her over your music and it's very distracting and annoying. Other issues have been mentioned in other reviews: limited number of barbells, and the number of people that leave weights lying around. There are signs up telling people to return weights but it isn't enforced at all. Overall, it's a great gym when there are working showers and the location in the city centre is ideal. It's a shame that these constant issues spoil what could be a perfect gym.
