  Have ordered here quite a few times now, a bit more expensive than the usual take away pizza restaurants but its worth it! No grease and everything tastes fresh!!

  Italian food? More like Kazakhstan food as 'chef' is from Kazakhstan lol really long delivery waiting times, food is nothing special

  Great food. Reasonable prices, super good and friendly customer service. Just discovered this place. Called to place an order for delivery, they told me they are very busy and it will be quicker if I pick up myself, and so I did. They food was ready waiting for me and I was warmly welcomed when I arrived. Next time we probably go have our food inside. And lovely wood oven Pizza! Thank you!

  We were looking forward to the meal, having enjoyed the pizza a few times previously. Sadly let down this evening. This review is for service. Placing accountability for delay to customer rather than simply saying, genuinely, we are so sorry for the delay please accept our apologies.... Instead, we had an insincere apology followed with a but we (the client) should appreciate reasons for delay and not being informed of delay was down to how we ordered (online). - Ordered and 19:46. - Delivery delayed to 20:49. - We called the Ecco at nine and were told the pizza was not out the oven and would be about half and hour. - We said 1:45+ from order was not good enough and too late. - Passed to another person who did apologise but rather than then suggesting a way forward said that we (the customer) must appreciate they were busy and questioned perhaps we did not know that two roads were closed. - We appreciate deliveries can be delayed and reasons may be out of persons control. The order however, would be too late for us. It would have been nice to know the order would be so late. - We were told the above was due to ordering online. I expect the service this evening is not reflection of the norm. Good pizza but let down on this occasion.
