  Spent £600 in the shop. Mattress bad quality, sofas absolutely awful and come out of shape terribly. Could have coped with all that if the customer service was good but dreadful customer service the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. If I could give 0 stars I would and will be telling everyone I know not to buy from here.

  Terrible service. Awful customer service from "eddie" had a sofa a few months and is now of no use. Tried to fix it with the owner he didn't want to know. Kept saying look at kings and eBay. He refused to replace/refund. He told me to do what I want and go to trading standards.. would not recommend to anyone and will be taking it further. After looking about on fb and Google he rips people off on a regular basis! Worst place in beeston!
