  Thanks to Audrey Brown for her excellent support and handling of my Q7 which went in for service. She was helpful with queries and worked with the service technicians to get my car serviced on a price match deal. Audi service at Independent retailer prices. Great service from this centre. Keep up the great work guys and remember to look after your customers. Audrey rocks!!

  Not at all satisfied with the service I received from Edinburgh Audi. Firstly I was given what I was told a Q2 1.0L to test drive and put a deposit down on this, I then checked with my insurance and it turned out to be a 1.4L so no way I was buying the 1.0L as the 1.4 was about as slow as I wanted to go and payments rocketed for the 1.4. I have now currently been waiting around 2 weeks to get me deposit back, iv called several times to speak to them about this and I keep getting told it will be refunded but nothing has been refunded yet and no one bothers to return my calls. I last called today, spoke to some manager who again says it would be returned today and yet again nothing! Their customer service goes out the window once they know you are not buying a car. I planned to go and buy a car from them in the future but this has put me right off and I definitely would not go or recommend this branch to anyone, I feel like I’m banging my head of a wall and I’m getting progressively infuriated by the non refund of my deposit and the inconvenience caused.

  I recommend using another Audi dealership! Called yesterday to reserve and order parts. Arrive today to be left sitting in the waiting area for half an hour. When I went back to reception the girl called parts department and then told me the guy had forgotten about me! Some parts were in stock, others that I had requested were not even ordered in for me. Totally disappointed in Audi...to the point where when I trade in next year it will be to BMW! While I was waiting I watched two men come in, wait for 15-20 minutes before leaving without anyone seeing to them either! Clearly don’t need the custom here!

  Friendly reception and nice waiting area inside. Got a good deal on Audi A1 a few years back but got better deal from Aberdeen Audi last year. Easy to get to. Showroom has a good range of cars. Sales people have always been nice.
