I've never stayed in the hotel. I've been a few times just to the bar/restaurant and had a coffee. It's a convenient place as far as it's not a coffee shop and geographically it's handy. There's out door seating and for a catch up with a friend/co worker I'd recommend it. Unfortunately I can't comment on the hotel itself. Although it does a great hot chocolate too!

Staff very attentive and helpful . Emails sent for info regarding surrounding area activities and transport prior to stay answered promptly and with useful and helpful info. Staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. Room clean and tidy with hairdryer, iron and ironing board , trouser press and small fridge. Bed very comfortable. Food very nice . Waiting staff very friendly and helpful and adjusted menu to suit a fussy teen :-) . Swimming and gym not used bit looked brill. Hotel right next to bus link into city centre which is about 24 mins away. Good for easy parking and to avoid city driving .

Great transport links into the city centre and the airport. Friendly, attentive staff who are more than happy to be of service. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, a little dated though and some TLC here and there wouldn't go amiss. Beds are comfortable and facilities are good. All in all a pleasurable experience was had.

Perfect hotel for visiting Edinburgh. 2 stops from the airport and great bus links into the city... Next to a shopping centre with tram links. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and Hot. Food for dinner or lunch in the bar was just as nice. Rooms are brilliant. Spacious and clean.
