  An absolutely disgusting system which has no interest in a persons health problems or unsuitable accommodation. If your home is making your health worse then the message is clearly just to die there. If you've been served with an eviction notice then don't even bother us until your belongings are in a skip and you're sleeping under a newspaper. A truly abhorrent social housing policy which is happy to let people be thrown on the scrapheap in Scotland's capital city. Edinburgh should be ashamed of this. If you have to contact this department then forget it. The people here couldn't care less whether you live or die.

  This website seems to be down more than it's up. Not sure how that is supposed to find you a house. The city of Edinburgh should sort this out now. I am struggling with my current accommodation and would very much like to bid on a new property. Alas the website is not working so I will continue to live with my sister who has mental health issues but allows me to sleep on her sofa. Don't worry Edinburgh Council, I am sure it won't affect you or your IT Department/employees who probably all have their own house and bed to sleep in but who who are unable to provide a website for me to bid on.
