::Absolutely devastating experience... stuff is totally useless and rude! For service I would give 0 stars, because there is no customer service whatsoever... we tried soft place and bowling and both places were the worst experience we had ever, so a day out was ruined ... never going to come back and recommend nobody either!

::No surprise the soft play is packed on a busy day and we we’re told we could purchase tickets but couldn’t go in to the soft play until 2:30 so I went to the desk and asked for the tickets to be told I cant purchase them until the time i can go in, so i’m waiting at the side and a numerous of people have went and paid for the tickets before the said time, someone needs to tell the woman behind the counter how to to do her job!!!!
