  Great accountancy firm, I found them on google and I'm glad I did. I had the pleasure of having Ian as my accountant. The whole team are all very helpful and professional. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone.

  Went in today to inquire about an accountant I bumped into a few months back, he was locking up the office and I was heading to the restaurant next door, we had a chat and he gave me his complimentary card, which I subsequently misplaced, I was attended to first by a young lady, who I explained by query to but was interrupted by Ian who inquired further about who I was looking for and offered me a seat but then rudely shut the second door leading into the office surprisely, minutes later Simon emerged but he wasn't the person I met, so he asked me if I was sure it wasn't Ian that i had met and I replied no, he definitely wasn't the the person I met, Ian sprang out of the office proclaiming rudely to my surprise, saying ;"In that case we can not help you, I and Simon are the directors of this firm, you can leave now" !! and opened the door for me to leave. what a fundamental nob head !! , it takes £15 to register a company and be called a director, they definitely need to work on there customer service. I don't care how good their service is, if they treat people rudely as I have experienced, especially Ian, then they are the worst accountants in bristol in my opinion. Ian's behaviour had a hint of racism in it. So one star for terrible customer service.

  Simple awesome. A great team who couldn't be any more helpful. Expert knowledge and top rate customer service. Cant recommend them enough

  I was lucky enough to discover Elite via a google search and have not regretted it. They cannot be more helpful, answering any queries with my accounts promptly and clearly. Their advice has proved invaluable in the running of my business and rental properties. The accounting software they provided me with is simple to use and has significantly reduced the time I spend on book work. I cannot recommend them enough.
