  I had a really bad experience with this company. After booking a full service online I received a full emailed confirmation of my booking this included free pickup and delivery. On the day of my service nobody turned up to pick up my car. I phoned elite only to be met with rudeness and Kurt answers. Apparently they do not offer free pickup and delivery despite that being advertised on their website and an option that you can tick. At no point did elite try to contact me to discuss this and I had taken a day off of work to ensure my car was picked up on time. More frustrating Is that apparently it was all my fault and had nothing to do with them.

  In my opinion, this is a dishonest garage. They were keen to charge but the problem wasn't fixed. When I got back to them, they were rude, patronising, dismissive, and unprofessional. They refused to even discuss the issues. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

  Shocking service. Had to chase several times for the quote, then only got a provisional date, which they then changed. After complaining, it turns out it's our fault!
