  This is a lifting gym, so if cardio is your thing then it won't be right for you. But if you love to lift then loads of space and equipment is waiting for you in 2 separate floors of this recently refurbished unit. There are lots of lockers available to store your belongings, with changing rooms and showers too. Lifting clubs, classes and personal training are all available here so you can choose the level of coaching that suits you with the choice between monthly membership and PAYG. Friendly, helpful staff are on hand to help you out if you need; this is a great addition to the health and fitness provision in Leith!
