  Very friendly and helpful staff. Any queries were swiftly and politely dealt with. All verbal promises were honoured. When I look for my next vehicle, I will be contacting them.

  If I could leave this place with a 0 star review, I would. Absolutely appalling to deal with. Purchased a 5 year old Citroen DS3, within 2 hours of having it there were issues, we returned the car to the dealer for inspection, where he confirmed there were issues with the turbo. I did not want to accept the repair offered (as per my rights), but the dealer would not accept this. The Emerald Motor Company ended up getting a solicitor involved, who continually denied that the car was not fit for purpose (even though EMC had earlier confirmed a fault with the turbo), I even paid the RAC to go out to inspect and generate a report on the state of the car. RAC confirmed the fault, and actually also advised there were more issues with the vehicle. Still they would not issue a refund. Thankfully I paid for the car on a card, so after 3 months being £6k out of pocket the bank issued a charge back. Check out his reviews on cardealerreview and you'll see I'm not the only one who's had issues.

  Be very very careful when dealing with this dealer, they may throw false claim at you. Avoid, yes you can -AVOID THEM!!!

  Would not reccomend buying from this dealer at all!! Originally when we actually got the car,very nice approachable people,which very quickly changed,when they were told they were in the wrong!! The car was advertised with a years MOT,bought the car and only when we were changing to personalised number plates did we see it had 3 weeks mot,and not only did they sell with a false advertisement but it then failed the MOT!! Avoid this garage..I would not advise buying from them,anyone that wants proof of what they have done just ask and I will gladly give you it. When approached on the subject may I add,I got blackmailed and shouted at down the phone!! Completely unprofessional!!

  Fantastic experience with this company. Their sales team were excellent and provided me with the reassurance that I was purchasing a car from a reputable dealer. No pressure approach and great after sales care too.
