Shocking no more money from us save more and go to BMW proper customer appreciation and service. Apparently are car doesn’t excist they never sold it to us never heared of our car, ok so we just made the log book ourselfs did we !!! And the invoice we printed too in your office ourselfs then I suppose just laughable !!!! Oh yeah and they never done work on our car either, we made those invoices up to !! Idiots

::This branch of kia is why I don't take my car to kia for servicing anymore. Incredibly rude staff when having my car serviced, then was repeatedly badgered by a salesman when I was looking at a car while waiting, despite telling him I wasn't interested several times. Such a shame as Kings Lynn staff were lovely, but it's too far to keep driving just for a service.

::Great experience with EMG for my Ford Servicing. Went out of their way to help and to fit in servicing and repairs to my vehicle. Unlike the other Ford service/dealer in Cambridge. Will definitely be returning.

::Sales guy (Mario) was great - helpful and not pushy - but we had a very negative interaction with his manager, Tony , who we dealt with when we queried the £500 claim limit on the 3 month warranty. Put a bit of a dampner on my son getting his first car, to be honest. Looking at the other reviews here, I hope that we don't have to go back with any problems. I'll be going to LG Motors in Ely next time - they have the confidence in their used cars to provide a proper 3 month warranty.
