  We are so pleased that we chose Enfields to sell our property, they have been absolutely amazing, from start to finish, and this all took 6 months!! The details and photos were quicky processed and our house was on line within 48 hours. The viewings came in and our house sold within 48 hours at asking price. A big thank you to Will for advertising the property and a massive thank you to Shaun - he has had a real challenge to get us exchanged on our purchase, very determined, never gave up, very confident and knowledgable, informed us of any news - a lovely person to deal with. Couldn't have done it wiithout him. Definitely recommend to anyone. Best Service ever!!!

  My wife and I picked Enfields to sell our property based on the quality of their service when viewing houses to buy, and they really excelled. Having originally had only a couple of viewings over the space of several months with an online-only agency, Enfields generated many more viewings in a matter of weeks and soon found us a buyer. As it happened we found a property to buy through them as well and this was where they really shone. Our process of reaching exchange of contracts was quite tricky, with some hitches in the chain along the way. Enfields were absolutely fantastic, pro-actively moving both the sale and purchase along on our behalf, contacting solicitors, our vendors, and our buyer to keep things progressing. When there were issues they helped to resolve them, and consistently kept in touch, providing both updates and advice. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, or both I couldn't recommend them more."
