  Made enquiries for a future "car hire" requirement. Dealt with by a lady called Brenda Maxwell (Glasgow Office). Fabulous service, polite, friendly and very informative. It was greatly appreciated - very impressive - whether I hire or not I certainly would not hesitate to recommend Enterprise.. JFH Norwich

  Got charged £80 a month later without warning. Was told I had damaged a tire. If it wasn't for this incident I would have rated them higher.

  Easy to book the rental by phone, punctual 'pick-up' and overall service was excellent
