::Booked a last minute online rental on a Saturday afternoon due to vehicle break down. On arrival was advised that they had been trying to contact me on my mobile (which had also broken that day!) to inform me the vehicle I required wasn't available. Staff were apologetic, helpful & friendly, I was offered a range of alternatives & at a discount which given my day thus far was a bonus!! To top it off I was stuck in traffic returning the vehicle past the allotted time by about 15 minutes, the staff kindly waived the further fee they could have applied without my having to even ask. It was refreshing to see common sense, courtesy & customer service of this level. Thank you Olly for your help & humour during my costly weekend!

::I tried several times to book a car from Spain and it proved to be impossible. I contacted Enterprise and explained the issue, and they pretty much said Tough.... They did not care that I had not been able to make a booking and their customer service I found to be approaching zero. That will be the last time I try to use them - lots of other companies who do try and help their customers.....
