  Very efficient service from Tom and his team in the Magull branch. Had a 3 bed terrace in Walton and they filled it on the first viewing. Highly recommend.

  being new to the rental/landlord market we were unsure of the various pit falls involved, Tom and his team helped us though some difficult rentals with professional manner and kept us informed throughout.   I had a terrible experience after dealing with another letting agent for months. Tom and the team @ Maghull branch, helped to find the perfect tenant in a very short period of time, and also dealt with all the issues I had with renovating the property that was left in a bad state.   This was my first letting as a landlord, I had done a lot of research and had several agency’s to the property to compare what they offered but more importantly their professionalism with regard to managing my property. Tom and team found a suitable tenant in a matter of days and kept me informed throughout the process. Although I am new to this, based on my experience to date i would recommend Tom and the team.
