  What can I say. I bought some jewellery for my wife a year or two ago and the standard of service was excellent. Yes, the people who work there are there to sell you stuff,but,in no way did I feel pressured into buying anything. Service with, what can only be described as, a genuine smile. I occasionally get things sent in the post to let me know of any offers, but only things relevant to my previous purchases,so no saturation of junk mail. Been in recently to order more jewellery for my wife for her birthday. Once again,great service.
