  Hands down best spa I have ever been to. They have a very unique hot tub, steam, sauna, and pool unlike any other spa I have ever seen. Priscilla did my treatments and I will be coming back - she was amazing!

  Outstanding facilities, perfect for a day of relaxation. Fantastic treatments available from experienced staff. Absolutely loved the experience and can highly recommend it.

  An oasis in the heart of central London. An incredibly relaxing day spent at ESPA while it was cold outside. We used the gym, the sauna, steam room and spas. And then relaxed in the sleep pods in front of a fire. The staff were brilliant and helped with anything we needed. Highly recommend.

  I used to love this place. Now, they don’t even pick up the phone. I called and called all morning and couldn’t get through to anyone. Kept sending me to voicemail after about a minute of ringing.

  Facilities excellent, includes own private changing area, steam room, sauna and thermal pools. Access to the gym available. I encountered mainly professional staff, although at reception not very friendly. I had a wellness massage which was quite strong and left me sore for a day or two after although the massage table was super comfy and the oils used smelled divine. Very relaxing overall and would be best appreciated if you had 3-4 hours to have massage plus enjoy the facilities. On the pricey side though.
