  Used car wash on Friday 10th of Feb. Paid £6.99 for full wash wax and finish.only got cold water and part dry. Went to complain only to hear the boss admitted he knew there was no foam in the machine but still sold us it anyway. His attitude was disgraceful. Saying "your car looks clean" could have done better with bucket of water at home. He took our name and number. As we drove away I saw him disregard the bit of paper in the bin. No refund was even offered. What a dishonest man. Will be avoiding this station in future.

  Followed onto the forecourt and shouted at by male attendant, when I pointed out the pump had added an extra 2p. Have been a customer for 5 years. Will never go back now.
