    Poor service when dealing with a recent claim. Upper levels of management were dealing with the situation very poorly, whereas the staff that you speak to at first are very helpful. Unfortunately, it seems to be the case with many call centres that the people dealing with customers have courtesy, common sense, and understand what you are trying to do. On the other hand, the staff managing them are lacking in both common sense and decent manner. But of course, what the manager says goes. Book a customer service training session for your cheeky upper level staff, and treat your front line staff better!

    Very poor customer service. Zero value shown to me as a customer. No effort made to try and help or keep me as a customer. Great job lasting what two months as my insurer.

    Home insurance policy held for over 3 years, never needed to call them once so can't comment on that part of the service but affordable cover. Real issues with cancelling the policy and have tried to charge extra payments, referred me to a Debt collection agency very quickly.

    I always receive excellent customer service from Esure, occasionally I have to stay on hold for maybe 5 - 10 minutes but my matters are always dealt with.

    Insured car with no problems and had good support throughout. However upon cancelling the policy, they're over charging me and have denied email correspondence (kept for my records for exactly this purpose). I have now been waiting 2 weeks for a response to additional paperwork sent at their request. The only way to successfully cancel is by phone, even though it clearly states that you can do this digitally. Not to be trusted
