  Have only used 3 times both using online to collect and going in person have always had issues very poor service

  Placed an order online for one item of diesel cleaner before 08:00am this morning. The system stated they were in stock and I could collect today. Called in at 14:04 today and was told the item wasn't on stock and they hadn't received it. Was offered an alternative product thst was intended for Petrol engines. Now if I wanted a Petrol version I'd have ordered that. In addition the branch was empty when I arrived. The online system insists on taking mobile number to confirm your order so why did no one call to tell me that I'd be waiting my time going to the branch. Further point. When I went to drive off one of the delivery vehicles raced into the yard and swung around hard and abruptly in front of me. I spoke to the manager who showed very little concern over me witnessing poor driving standards. The actions of the delivery driver were unnecessary and dangerous. Overall this branch deserves a -1* rating. Yet again, Europarts you've failed to deliver in any respect.
