  I've been coming here for 3 years and have always had a very positive experience. Lorraine even double checks my clothes and lets me know if there's something that can be washed at home instead of dry cleaned! Couldn't be happier with Euroclean. Keep up the good work!

  I have been using the services of Euroclean for the past 7 months while staying here in Edinburgh. They have a great customer service (The lady who owns the place is so sweet and knows how to do her job), they get the job done properly and quickly (whether it was dry cleaning, washing, suit cleaning, etc.), and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend their service!

  I can't comment on the quality of the cleaning, but I can comment on the quality of advice they give. I took a pair of suit trousers which had been vomited on (not by me!), and the lady reasonably refused to take them (health and safety) and explained why. She then proceeded to give me advice on what I should do to clean it myself, which I followed to the letter. This has irreparably ruined a 100 quid pair of trousers, which apart from the expense I was also quite fond of. In synopsis, I'm pretty angry and disappointed. I thought I would be safe following 'professional' advice, but it turns out I couldn't have been more wrong. Extremely irritated and let down (and a hundred lighter).

  The person at the desk was super helpful and generous with her (free) advice. I had got a quote from another dry cleaning in the area to get my dress cleaned - for £130! - while the lady of Euroclean Drycleaning pointed out that the label of the dress clearly stated NO DRY-CLEANING and patiently taught me how to wash the dress myself at home! I wonder what would they have done with my dress at the other shop and I will certainly come back here next time I need anything cleaned.
