  The hotel was lovely. A little bit 'posher' than the well-known commercial hotels like Premier Inn, Travelodge or Holiday Inn. The staffs were lovely. My friend and I went over to Belfast for the first time and had no clue of where to go and what to do. The receptionist, I think her name was Thomasina was super friendly and helpful. She was giving us advice on where to go and what to do around the city. The room was clean, well decorated but a lot smaller than we thought. As everything was great we did expect the room to be bigger. That said there was no issue for my friend and I. The drink in the bar was pricy but it is expected. All in all, it was a nice hotel. Definitely would go back there again.

  Good room service, polite staff, great food and very comfortable beds. Rooms are cleaned every day and cleaned well enough, the sheets could be changed more often. The heater in my room doesn't turn all the way off however. The walls are quite thin and can hear alot of noise from neighbours.

  A lovely hotel which is situated in the heart of the city - short walks all around for anything and everything. Staff were brilliant, couldnt have done more for us. Also has an amazing pub opposite it which is definitely worth visiting and grabbing a pint! The place is full of history and really does have a natural buzz surrounding it!

  Five Star Service from arrival to departure. The first greeting from the car valeting team who meet us at the front doors and took our luggage into the reception desk was so friendly and professional. The reception desk team once again was so friendly and professional we knew our visit was going to be a real treat. Taken to our room which had some of the best views over Belfast City. The hotel is so central to all the main shopping centres and the sights of Belfast. Brilliant food and first class breakfast. Five Star Hotel would highly recommend .
