  Excellent service, nice clean new car, easy pick up and drop. Make sure you fill petrol before drop in and keep receipt. Otherwise it's costly.

  Leaving review after contacting Europcar customer services who have given me a full refund, which I am happy about, though feel necessary to warn other customers. Car was not ready at pickup time. After 20mins I was given keys. Car still had mcdonalds bag inside, lettuce across both front seats. Nice. Car was pretty beaten up, was also not full of fuel. Numerous times I was started by collision avoidance alarming on motorway with no nearby cars. Upon refilling car it turned out it didnt actually fill up properly - or the fuel gauge was broken. Complained about car via reevoo and was given refund. When customer services emailed they informed me the branch was not forthcoming with responses so they would refund the charges including fuel charges of £23, as it hadnt been logged correctly. I filled up about 5miles from the branch, so the fuel charge is a complete fabrication, and I wouldn't have even known about it if customer services hadnt emailed me. I didnt even receive a bloody invoice from the booking. Branch needs to take a look at itself, quality of car and service was way below that of nearby competitor. Thank god Europcar as a company are good with customer service.

  Hired a van for delivery/collection on Saturday and only needed it for a few hours. The van was dropped off the Friday afternoon before I needed it which was a headache as I have nowhere to park it safely. Fuel tank not full and mileage at drop was wrong! Driver delivering the van just shrugged it off and none of my paperwork was checked including my licence. They confirmed they'd pick the van up at 1pm on Saturday.... Oh yes, of course they didn't. Rang Customer Services twice to be told "collection is in progress". The company rep' on the phone was hopeless and simply ended the call telling me to call the local office on Monday morning... Great. Van on my drive I can't use/don't need and have had to change my work plans for Monday as I will have to wait in for the driver to pick the van up. I only chose Europcar as they offered delivery/pick up. Good Luck if you want ANY customer service from this shower.

  I wish I could give a negative star rating, truly shocking customer experience. My vehicle arrived 40 minutes later than quoted and upon inspection was in a shocking stake with nearly every panel scratched or dented, As soon as I stated I was not happy to take the vehicle in the condition it was in the delivery driver became aggressive and incredibly rude, Whilst trying to ring the office (a near impossibility as they rarely answer the phone) to discuss the matter the driver stormed up to me and said if you're not taking the car I'm going then proceeded to drive off. TRUELY TERRIBLE SERVICE and you can't even contact them without a reservation number to complain.

  At the airport from Inverness we were greeted with a very friendly and helpful gentleman that made us feel at ease. The gentleman that served us at the desk was extremely helpful and explained everything we needed to know about the hire process in easy to understand language. The car itself was faultless, and served us well over the period of hire. The return process was so simple and lasted only a few minutes. All in all I was very impressed by the service we received. Would highly recommend to anyone.
