  The guy who served me in store at Braehead was extremely knowledgeable and helpful - and very nice with it too. I ordered new Specialized bike shoes on-line in store (as the colour I wanted wasn’t in) and collected them as planned 2 days later. Sweet!

  Need to change all your staff, i live 10 minutes away from braehead but i always go into glasgow because the staff in braehead dont care and have no interest in helping

  Awful customer service. Went in to this shop with my 6 year old son to have him sized for a bike. Being advised that he was a 20 inch was the extent of the input from the member of staff. Asked if my son could have a quick shot - no, not in the shop (every bike shop ive been to in the past don't see this as a problem). What about a quick shot in the huge empty concourse directly outside the front door and still indoors - no. Asked about the range available - check the website Asked for a brochure - check the website Asked what models are available - you guessed it, check the website. No opinions, advise, suggestions. Nothing. Lazy, incompetent, uninterested, waste of space. I will stick to my local independent shops from now on where they actually make an effort. What an awful way to treat a six year old.
