  The staff were warm, welcoming and eager to help. The room was lovely just a bit too warm in the evening. Great location on the outskirts of the city but close enough to walk back in and taxi fares were cheap to the city and back.

  The staff was friendly, kind, and very helpful to my mother and I. The beds we're super comfy and the tub was huge! The food was excellent. All around it was a great stay.

  Just had the most amazing meal experience ive ever had. My husband and children took me out for the Sunday 5 course banquet. Every course was exquisite the staff so professional the guy singing during dinner and Sharon Black on the piano. Our hostess Hannah made my birthday so special even to the birthday cupcake with candle. Thank you so much for my special day. xxx

  One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I went for the Sunday carvery which was fabulous...... the best selection of desserts ever!! My overnight stay was just as amazing. Cosy comfy room, the bed was divine. An awesome selection of cocktails in the beautiful library bar, I'd highly recommend the strawberry daiquiri 💜. Staff are all so friendly and helpful, especially the lovely Jason. This young man epitomises excellence in customer service. My stay ended with a superb breakfast in the beautiful dining room. I will definitely be back to stay in the future.

  Attended the Caged K1 event, a great show and venue. Parking is ample and the facilities of the Ballroom are very well suited for events. The only downside of the evening was the terrible DJ who was absolutely clueless and ruined many of the fighters entrances. So as long as he wasn't part of the Hotels staff I'd easily recommend it! :)
